Lenny Sparks led Liquid Pool Lounge’s new venue Opening Training and the seasonal Opening Training for the next 5 straight years. He designed venue opening training materials and schedules, led classroom training, mock service, and service evaluations. He also worked directly with the Liquid Pool team throughout the year to implement and manage all training including classroom training, service evaluations, coaching, and trainer development. With his guidance, the team successful mastered their food and beverage training, steps of service, and had developed a new passion for the sales and marketing required at the highest level of VIP Service.
